80 Series front door speaker rebuild - New Surround

This is for the rebuild service of the FJ80 / FZJ80 / LX450 Low Frequency 6.5" Drivers in the front doors.

If your units have stopped sounding right (popping or rubbing) due to surround rot or failure, we can help.

As long as your speaker cone, cap, and Voice Coil are still in good shape (still makes sound)- we can

rebuild it.

We charge a flat rate of $79, for the pair which includes return shipping to you if you are in the USA.

International return shipping extra.

Unfortunately, the exact cone, coil, are spider not produced at this time. So if you have a hole or tear, we would need completely recone them, which is to change both cone assemblies, spiders, and coils at the same time. In this case please contact us for an estimate on that procedure.

Process:

* Once you click buy it now, we email you the ship to address, and your parts are ordered

* 2nd you mail your bad speakers to us

* 3rd we rebuild the drivers

* Lastly, we ship them back to you.

* Note: Please pack the speaker in a fashion that will not damage the cone, cap, or surround during shipping.
