Extreme Landcruiser LC80 and LX450 Expedition Conversion

Extreme Landcruiser expedition conversion for the LC80 chassis types plus LX450. With law enforcement, fire/rescue, and utility companies in mind- This conversion is intended for companies or individuals which need an extreme performance street driving vehicle capable of deep water, mud, snow, sand, or other difficult material fording. This vehicle excels in areas that other vehicles simply cannot go.
XLC 12" Straight Axle Suspension Lift built 100% in the USA. System includes complete matched front and rear 3 link system , 4 control arms with Uniball uppers and double 1.25" Heims on each arm, 6" Lift coils and 6" perch drop/lift pads, Sway bar extensions, Panhard drop relocators. Shock relocators, Braided Brake lines, panhard bars using 1.25" Heims, extended front and rear driveshafts, new high steering, plus all necessary hardware. The suspension mounts also act as axle bridges to reinforce the axle tubes.
44" Tires mated to 20x14 Wheels. Other tire and wheels types are available to suit your usage. To handle the larger rotational mass, gearing is changed as well as chromoly axles and Birfields joints. Brake pads and all four rotors are upgraded for increased braking reliability.
Engine H.P. is increased by the addition of a Custom supercharger system. For vehicles experiencing high strain on the transmission, a high performance valve body and external cooler are available to allow lower operating temperatures.
Other options include under chassis skid plate protection, front bull bar, rear bumper with tire carrier, and full length expedition roof rack.
